Wage: $16.00/hour
This position is part of our Community Education program in which this opportunity enjoys a close team environment and responsibility in coordinating our Community Education events, programs, and family activities for our Northeast Range School.
The position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Plans and organizes community education programs based on the interests and needs of the community.
- Regularly evaluates effectiveness and participation in programs and makes appropriate recommendations to the Community Education Director.
- Organizes and implements adult education classes in the community consistent with interest, enrollment, and need.
- Responsible for the supervision and overall oversight of the fitness center and pool operations.
- Finds and screens instructors for community education classes and programs.
- Complete quarterly reports and send to District Office to include expenses, revenue, and program attendance numbers by age groups.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Attend in-service training and team meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent communication skills and ability to create relationships with parents/guardians, community, and staff.
